HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for an IGP Performance Management EL1 (Adviser Network Management Section) to join their site in Brisbane. This role is a temporary Federal government role with a start date of 6/5/24 until 8/11/24. This role is Monday-Friday, 37.5hours per week paying $74-$79+ per hour. Submission close date 19/4/24.
About the role:
The Adviser Network Management Section manages all facets of the Adviser performance and contracts. The performance management activities are a fundamental component of delivering the expected activities and services.
The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for the performance of the IGP Adviser cohort using a variety of measures including quality, volume, client satisfaction and outcomes. This includes the management, application and ongoing development of the performance management framework, relevant processes, and Documentation.
... - Track and monitor program and Adviser performance and quality of advice.
- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement for performance frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs).
- Conduct routine human resource and stakeholder management functions and activities including cohort reporting, governance and quarterly performance meetings.
- Identify, report, and resolve performance issues (including under performance).
- Be a trusted adviser to the leadership team on sensitive or complex people matters including performance and conduct.
- Contribute to developing a culture and resources for Advisers to align their goals with contract and program expectations.
About the individual:
- A baseline clearance is required for this role, if you are not currently holding one an application can be made if successfully placed in the role
- Applicants must be Australian citizens and based in Brisbane
- Experience with employee relations matters, dealing with complex situations
- Experience with industrial relations matters, dealing with complex situations
- Public sector experience, highly desirable
- Candidates must have extensive experience in a HR advisory role
