Provide senior functional ownership of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Workforce Analytics.
Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and quarterly releases from initial impact assessment through to post-implementation support.
Apply rigorous change, release, and control frameworks to protect system stability and manage payroll-impacting configuration changes safely.
Oversee data governance, quality checks, and complex compliance reconciliations to meet strict statutory, industrial, and audit requirements.
Deliver tier-3 functional support for complex system or integration issues, acting as the primary escalation point for HR, Payroll, and IT.
Demonstrated experience operating as a Senior Analyst or Manager within a large, complex organization supporting a fully deployed, enterprise-grade HRIS lifecycle.
Deep functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with mandatory, hands-on configuration experience in Employee Central.
A proven background working under formal change control frameworks with safely deploying payroll-impacting system changes.
Familiarity with digital/AI HR solutions (e.g., Joule, Qualtrics) and a practical approach to embedding continuous system automation is highly regarded.
An initial 6-month temporary engagement with potential of extension
