Randstad is partnering with an industry-leading developer builder to recruit an experienced part-time Contracts Administrator for a $200 million apartment development in South Bank, Brisbane.

You’ll join an experienced project team and play a key role across the procurement and delivery of this long-term project, with the flexibility of a part-time arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer subcontract packages, including claims, variations, EOTs, payment schedules, and contract correspondence.
- Support procurement and subcontract letting, including preparing scopes, tender packages, and reviewing subcontractor submissions.
- Assist with cost control activities, including budget tracking, progress claims, variations, and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure contractual and commercial requirements are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Junior Contracts Administrator within the Australian construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, contract administration, and commercial processes.
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commerce, or relative experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
