- Previous experience operating small equipment-Blowers, Hedgers, whipper snippers
- This is a high-energy role requiring the ability to be on your feet, lift mulch bags, and operate vibrating machinery for extended periods.
- You don't just mow; you ensure the edges are straight and the paths are blown clean before you leave.
- Demonstrated ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and operate machines safely

What You'll do:
Turf Care: Expert operation of Ride-on Mowers and Push Mowers to maintain large and small grass areas.
Precision Edging: Using Whipper Snippers (line trimmers) and dedicated Edgers to create crisp, professional borders along paths and garden beds.
Site Presentation: Systematic Litter Removal and debris clearing to ensure the property remains pristine.
Surface Clearing: Efficient use of a Blower to clear grass clippings, leaves, and dust from hardstands, driveways, and walkways.
- Seasonal Mulching: Transporting and spreading mulch to suppress weeds and improve garden bed health
