Keep Australia moving with Australia Post! We are seeking reliable Parcel Delivery Drivers.
Operating an Australia Post delivery van across designated local routes, you will spend your day dropping off parcels to residential and commercial addresses, followed by executing crucial mid-afternoon and end-of-day business collections to clear outbound freight for overnight processing.
Key Responsibilities
Drive & Deliver: Safely operate a company delivery van to drop off packages to local homes and businesses.
Business Pick-ups: Complete scheduled afternoon pick-ups from commercial clients, Post Offices, and street posting boxes.
Digital Scanning: Log drops, capture delivery photos, collect signatures, and scan collected parcels into the network using handheld devices.
Freight & Van Handling: Load pre-sorted items, securely stow collected outbound freight, and complete routine vehicle safety checks.
Mail Sorting: There may be instance where you will assist in the mail sorting area
What We Are Looking For
Driver’s Licence: Valid, unrestricted Australian C-Class (Standard Car) driver's licence with a clean record.
Availability: Available for consistent 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM shifts.
Physical Fitness: Comfortable driving in afternoon traffic and capable of repeatedly lifting packages up to 25kg.
Checks & Rights: Full Australian working rights, plus the ability to pass a National Police Check and pre-employment medical assessment.
