About the role:
Alongside their global media agency:
● Develop and refine paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
● Build comprehensive campaign plans, including budgeting, audience segmentation, ad creatives, and messaging.
● Act as internal expert on paid marketing channels, providing guidance for optimal channel utilisation and educating other marketers.
● Monitor campaign budgets closely for efficient fund allocation across channels and campaigns.
● Analyse campaign performance data regularly, conducting A/B tests and optimising strategies based on results.
● Track competitor advertising and industry trends to adapt marketing approaches proactively.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment with marketing objectives
● Stay updated on advertising regulations in target markets to ensure compliance.
● Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management, communicating insights effectively.
About You
● 3- 4 years’ experience working with paid media channels, such as Meta, Google Ads, and Programmatic platforms
● Comprehensive understanding of different ad formats and their application
● Worked in or directly with media agencies
● Excellent reporting and analytical abilities with good working proficiency in Google Analytics
