Are you a practical, hands-on worker who thrives outdoors and likes operating a variety of gear?
We are looking for a flexible labourer to join our team. This is an active role for someone who genuinely enjoys working across multiple outdoor areas. You’ll be stepping in wherever the day takes you—whether that’s manual laboring, operating small plant machinery, or jumping in the cab to move gear with an MR truck.
If you like variety, fresh air, and being the adaptable go-to person on a site, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hands-on outdoor laboring, site preparation, grounds upkeep, and assisting across various operational areas.
Operating basic outdoor plant (e.g., blowers, pressure washers, or similar small gear).
Utilizing your Medium Rigid (MR) licence for intermittent driving duties, driving the water truck as needed
Filling in where needed across different outdoor projects to keep the team moving forward smoothly.
What You’ll Need (Essential)
Medium Rigid (MR) Licence (or higher): Required for occasional transport duties.
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and doing physically active work.
Confidence operating basic outdoor plant equipment or power tools.
Willingness to pivot between manual work, operating machinery, and driving depending on daily priority.
Strong commitment to site safety and vehicle pre-start checks.
Desirable Credentials
White Card (General Construction Induction)
Ticketed small plant tickets (e.g., Skid Steer, Excavator, Mower) — desirable, but hands-on experience is key!
Basic trade assistant, landscaping, or council labouring background
