• Accurately picking, packing, and sorting customer orders using paper pick sheets, RF scanners, or voice-picking technology.

• Checking product quality, part numbers, and batch codes prior to dispatch.

• Safely packing goods, wrapping pallets, and staging completed orders for shipping.

• Receiving incoming stock, assisting with stock counts, and maintaining correct inventory placement.

• Keeping work areas tidy, safe, and organized in line with site health and safety standards.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in an order picking, warehousing, or retail inventory role is desirable, however not essential

• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical checks, including a drug and alcohol screen.

• Commitment to adhering to a Zero Tolerance Drug & Alcohol Policy, including participation in regular random drug and alcohol testing.

• Ability to pass or provide a current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (National Police Check).

• Physical fitness and capability to perform heavy lifting and stand/walk throughout a full day shift.

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills with strong attention to detail.

• Reliable transport to get to job sites in and around Launceston.

• Current Australian Work Rights.
