Drive operational efficiency and transform supply chain processes as an Oracle EBS Functional Specialist. Operating in a flexible hybrid framework, you will serve as the critical bridge between business requirements and technical systems, taking functional ownership of core Oracle R12 modules to streamline end-to-end workflows.
1) What You Will Do:
Act as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS R12 modules, including Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, WIP, and BOM.
Support warehousing operations by optimizing sub-inventory setups, cycle counting, material management, and EBS transactions.
Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse managers to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), author comprehensive test scripts, and support system upgrades or implementations.
Provide Tier 2/3 functional troubleshooting for complex issues across procurement, warehouse management, and material planning.
2) What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven functional experience with Oracle EBS R12 modules, particularly PO, Supplier modules, and Inventory.
Deep domain knowledge in Procurement processes, including Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Approval Hierarchies.
Direct expertise in Supplier Management, spanning supplier registration, site creation, and PO issuing workflows.
Strong background in Warehousing and SCM, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and cycle counting.
Australian citizenship with the ability and willingness to obtain an AGSVA security clearance.
