In this role, you will bring together complex data from telematics, fleet management, and rostering platforms to deliver integrated reporting frameworks and executive dashboards that elevate operational decision-making across the board.

What You Will Do:

• Develop an integrated Driver Performance Analytics Framework, linking operational data across telematics, workforce, and scheduling systems.
• Establish data models to measure driver and vehicle performance, including speed events, idling, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilisation.
• Design, build, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards and executive reporting products, including a Driver Performance Scorecard.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate performance measures, business rules, and reporting requirements.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable recommendations that improve safety and operational efficiency

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline, alongside a current Queensland Driver Licence.
• Advanced Power BI development skills coupled with strong SQL and data modelling capabilities.
• Proven experience in designing KPI frameworks, performance measurement systems, and integrating multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analytics or business improvement projects and translate business problems into practical analytical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and presenting findings to senior leaders.
