Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organised, and communicative Recruitment Resourcer to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving diverse candidate sourcing, supporting strategic talent initiatives, and maintaining clear communication across our hiring channels.
A primary focus of this position is building and nurturing relationships with Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) providers, ensuring seamless partnership, compliance, and inclusive pipeline flow. You will also play a key role in candidate engagement, tracking recruitment metrics, assisting with reporting, and providing exceptional support to candidates throughout their hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. IEA Provider Relationship Management
...Act as the primary point of contact for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) providers and community employment partners.
Coordinate candidate referrals, submissions, interviews, and feedback loops between internal hiring managers and IEA representatives.
Build strong collaborative relationships with IEA partners to understand diverse candidate talent pools and support inclusive hiring outcomes by regularly visiting provider offices, conducting assessment centres and site visits.
Ensure all workplace accommodation requests, support requirements, and compliance guidelines are clearly communicated and managed.
Conduct regular check-ins with IEA contacts to align on workforce needs, job specifications, and placement progress.
2. Candidate Communication & Engagement
Manage candidate communications from initial outreach through to on boarding hand off, ensuring an accessible, high-touch, and supportive candidate experience.
Deliver clear, timely updates, interview details, and feedback to candidates and their supporting IEA advisers.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries regarding application status, job requirements, and workplace accessibility.
Conduct compassionate, structured initial screenings and assessments to match qualified candidates to suitable roles.
3. Reporting & Data Management
Assist in generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports, focusing on diversity metrics, IEA referral pipelines, and placement success rates.
Maintain accurate, confidential candidate and provider records in the system.
Track IEA placement outcomes and retention metrics to evaluate partnership effectiveness and inform talent strategies.
Identify trends or operational bottlenecks in inclusive hiring pipelines and provide feedback to the Recruitment Lead.
4. Recruitment Project Support
Assist with recruitment initiatives, including community outreach campaigns and upksill projects.
Help coordinate inclusive recruitment events, information sessions.
