They are seeking a forward thinking Network Manager to spearhead a major transformation: moving their entire enterprise footprint from traditional intent based systems into an autonomous, self healing, agentic AI driven network support ecosystem.

The Role
As the Network Manager, you will provide strategic direction and human leadership to a talented network operations team. Your primary mandate is to shift the network architecture away from reactive firefighting toward a highly resilient, predictive model.
Key impact areas include:
- Driving AI Enablement: Identify and execute opportunities to leverage generative AI and machine learning for intelligent network management, log correlation, and predictive issue detection.
- Enterprise Network Evolution: Direct the modernising of legacy infrastructure into robust software defined networks spanning comprehensive LAN, WAN, wireless, and data center environments.
- Collaborative Governance: Partner closely with the corporate PMO, business analysts, and the office of the CISO to deliver secure by design solutions that maintain high availability.
- Vendor & Performance Strategy: Lead strategic third party vendor relationships using performance scorecards to guarantee exceptional service quality and strict compliance.
The Tech Stack & Environment
You will step into a highly complex, enterprise scale ecosystem optimised for automated orchestration:
- Core Infrastructure: Large scale software defined networks (SD, SD-WAN), enterprise LAN/WAN, and unified communications.
- AI & Automation: Agentic AI observation frameworks, intent based network validation, and automated telemetry correlation tools.
- Operations: Deep alignment with ITIL principles, agile delivery frameworks, and predictive self healing architectures.

- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of advising executive stakeholders and navigating matrixed organisational governance.
