Your New Role
As the National Administration Manager, you will be reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead the national administration function and play a pivotal role in keeping the business operating at its best. With responsibility for office operations, facilities, workplace services, procurement and WHS across multiple sites, you’ll lead a team of 6 while partnering with senior leaders to create an efficient, high-performing and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple office locations nationally
- Oversee facilities management, liaising with landlords, contractors and service providers
- Manage procurement, supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Drive workplace health, safety and compliance initiatives
- Coordinate office logistics, travel and corporate events
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across administration, office management and workplace services
- Partner with senior stakeholders to continually improve operational efficiency and employee experience
About You
You’ll bring proven experience leading workplace or business support functions within a corporate environment, along with a passion for creating exceptional workplaces.
You’ll also have:
- Experience in office management, workplace operations, corporate services, business services or facilities management
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop teams
- Experience managing operations across multiple sites
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing suppliers and contracts
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
