Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Operations: Safely load, transport, and deliver automotive batteries across metropolitan areas, ensuring strict adherence to delivery schedules and service timeframes.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, solutions-focused interactions. Develop strong relationships with customers, contractors, and site contacts to support service excellence.
- Inventory & Administration: Manage stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory integrity. Accurately complete documentation including invoices, warranty claims, and transaction processing using mobile technology/company systems.
About You
You are a safety-conscious professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You are organized, adaptable, and comfortable using mobile technology to support daily operations. You take ownership of inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Medium Rigid (MR) Licence – Essential.
- Physically capable of safely lifting, moving, and handling automotive batteries.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer literacy (comfortable using tablets/mobile applications for work orders).
- Sound understanding of WHS and safe manual handling practices.
Desirable: Forklift Licence, previous battery experience, or background in transport, logistics, distribution, or warehousing.
What We Offer
