Are you an experienced outdoor worker with an MR Licence who enjoys variety instead of just sitting behind the wheel all day?
We are seeking a reliable Outdoor Labourer / MR Driver to join our team. You’ll be the site go-to person—operating small plant gear, driving the water truck, and getting hands-on with site preparation and outdoor maintenance.
If you like variety, fresh air, and being the adaptable go-to person on a site, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operating Medium Rigid (MR) vehicles, including driving the water truck as needed
Hands-on outdoor laboring, site preparation, and grounds upkeep
Operating small plant equipment and power tools
Assisting across various civil, council, or landscaping projects
What You’ll Need (Essential)
Medium Rigid (MR) Licence (or higher): Required for occasional transport duties.
White Card (General Construction Induction)
Proven experience in physically active, outdoor work
Strong commitment to site safety and vehicle pre-start checks
Desirable (Bonus skills)
Ticketed small plant tickets (e.g., Skid Steer, Excavator, Mower) — desirable, but hands-on experience is key!
