- Integrated Planning: Consolidate complex project and workstream schedules into a unified, end-to-end program view, ensuring alignment with scope, milestones, and strategic objectives.
- Dependency Management: Map and manage inter-project dependencies, perform critical path analysis, and proactively identify delivery risks or resource constraints.
- Governance & Reporting: Support program governance forums with schedule insights, performance metrics, and executive-level forecasting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Program Managers, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to drive consistent scheduling disciplines and realistic delivery commitments.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion best-practice scheduling techniques and develop templates and governance artefacts to lift planning maturity across the portfolio.
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in enterprise scheduling tools, specifically Microsoft Project, with proficiency in tools such as Project Online, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and Jira Advanced Roadmaps.
- Analytical Ability: A strong aptitude for identifying trends, bottlenecks, and delivery impacts, with a sharp focus on detail and strategic outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and translate complex data into actionable executive insights.
