The opportunity
Randstad is partnering with a large, established not-for-profit organisation on Brisbane’s northside to recruit a Management Accountant with a strong management accounting focus.
This is an opportunity to work across diverse service portfolios, supporting operational leaders with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial insights.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and financial insights.
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial modelling.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to support informed financial decisions.
- Monitor program funding, revenue recognition and expenditure.
- Support month-end processes, reconciliations and financial accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and systems.
About you
- Demonstrated management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Previous experience within the not-for-profit sector, ideally with exposure to government-funded programs.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA studies advantageous.
