We are currently tracking down reliable Maintenance Team Members, Handypeople, and General Labourers for immediate starts across Melbourne's South East. Whether you’re looking to fill gaps between projects, want a steady 3-6 month contract, or desire the ultimate flexibility of casual shifts - we have field assignments ready to go.

What you’ll be doing:
Depending on your specific experience and skillset, your day-to-day could involve:
General site prep, clearing debris, and manual handling.
Basic property and facility maintenance (fixing gates, minor painting, patching, and basic repairs).
Safely operating a range of hand and power tools.
Assisting with open space upkeep, minor landscaping, or ground clearance.
Working alongside experienced team members and ensuring strict site safety protocols are followed.
What you need to bring:
You don’t need a mountain of paperwork, but you do need a solid work ethic. We value reliability and a good attitude above all else.
The Basics: A current Victorian Driver’s License, Construction Induction Card (White Card) and WWCC are good to have.
Experience: Previous experience in laboring, construction, landscaping, or property maintenance is highly regarded.
Extra Tickets (Highly Valued): If you hold an MR/HR truck licence, Chainsaw ticket, Forklift (LF), or EWP ticket, let us know!
Attitude: Punctual, physically fit for manual labor, and a team-first mindset.
