The Opportunity: Advanced Tech & Real Stability
This is a hands-on, on-the-tools role inside a pristine, highly automated food-grade facility. You will step away from simple "break-fix" reacting and focus heavily on high-level troubleshooting, utilizing advanced asset management software to drive reliability.
We are currently welcoming hungry, technically minded fitters for both Day Shift and Afternoon Shift positions.
What You Will Do:
You will be integral to the site's mechanical reliability, keeping high-speed production and packaging lines performing at their peak:
The Plant Equipment: Deliver preventative and reactive maintenance across advanced volumetric filling machines, high-speed case packers, and conveyor systems.
Smart Diagnostics: Execute advanced mechanical fault-finding to resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact production throughput.
Digital Asset Care: Utilize the MEX CMMS system to log all completed work orders, tracking asset history to build foundations for predictive maintenance.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively participate in reliability initiatives, machinery modifications, and localized engineering upgrades.
Safety & Compliance: Work strictly within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safe clean-room protocols.

What You Bring:
The Ticket: Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade Qualification).

Technical Strengths: Strong familiarity with volumetric fillers, automated packaging lines, and digital CMMS platforms (MEX experience is highly regarded).
The Edge: Solid computer literacy, a proactive safety-first mindset, and an unrestricted or restricted electrical license (a massive bonus).
