We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators / Assemblers to join our pipe manufacturing and warehouse team based in Chipping Norton.

The Position
We have positions available across both day and night shifts. We are looking for flexible candidates who are ready to hit the ground running in our manufacturing facility.
Shift Options: Day Shift and Afternoon Shifts on offer.
Position Type: Full-Time hours (Consistent, ongoing rosters)
Key Responsibilities
Safely operating specialized pipe manufacturing and extrusion machinery.
Assembling piping components, fittings, and products efficiently within a warehouse environment.
Conducting quality control checks to ensure all pipes meet strict industry standards and measurements.
Assisting with general warehousing duties, including loading, unloading, and manual handling of stock.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with WHS standards.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Experience: You must have prior experience as a Machine Operator or Assembler within a warehouse, pipe manufacturing, or heavy production environment.
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, comfortable working with machinery, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
Physical Fitness: Capability to handle the physical demands of a busy pipe manufacturing facility.
Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to showing up for your shifts.
Safety First: A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
