Experience that would be beneficial

Prior experience in a similar machine operator or production worker role. Alternatively, skills such as the following are transferable;

• Experience on equipment within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or food industry will be highly regarded.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

What you'll do:

• Perform in-process quality checks including capsule weight, seam integrity, and appearance.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production efficiency and product quality.
• Clean and sanitise equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and safety regulations.
• Accurately document production data, batch records, and maintenance logs.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure compliance and minimise downtime.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
