The Role
Utilizing your hands-on machinery background, you will run specialized equipment to shape, bend, and create finished steel products to exact specifications.
Hours: Monday – Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)
Pay Rate: $37.95 per hour
Status: Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week) + optional overtime available.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up and operating specialized machinery to shape and produce steel rebar poles.
Performing precise quality checks on finished steel products against specifications.
Monitoring machine operations to maintain steady workflow and hit daily output targets.
Adhering strictly to site WHS protocols and keeping work areas safe and organized.
What You’ll Need
Machine Operating Experience: Proven background operating industrial machinery (steel, manufacturing, or heavy production environment).
Full Work Rights: Must have unrestricted Australian work rights for long-term permanent placement.
Work Ethic: Strong reliability, exceptional punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
Bonus Points: A current LF Forklift licence or experience in steel/construction manufacturing is mandatory.
