About the Role
Both positions involve a rotational roster: two weeks working away from home, followed by one week in the local yard. You'll be a key part of our road infrastructure projects.
HR Truck Driver / Spray Seal Operator
Drive and operate spray seal trucks.
Perform pre-start checks and routine vehicle maintenance.
Assist with general yard duties and plant operations.
General Labourer
Assist the team with a variety of on-site tasks.
Help with the preparation and cleanup of work areas.
Work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

What you'll need
A White Card and a strong commitment to safety.
HR Truck Driver / Spray Seal Operator: A valid HR Licence or above with a clean driving record.
General Labourer: No prior experience is required, just a willingness to work hard and learn.
You must be able to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods.
The ability to pass a physical and a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
