Our client is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Pool Installer & Service Technician to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn a trade, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a long-term career in the pool industry. You don’t need to know everything from day one — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
What you’ll learn
- Working alongside our experienced team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of swimming pool construction and servicing, including:
- Assisting with swimming pool installations and construction
- Site preparation and general construction work
- Pool equipment installation and setup
- Plumbing and filtration systems
- Pool maintenance and servicing
- Water testing and balancing
- Troubleshooting pool equipment and systems
- General repairs and ongoing customer service
- Safe use of tools and equipment
- Full training and on-the-job guidance will be provided. As your skills develop, you’ll be given more responsibility and the opportunity to grow into a skilled pool installer and service technician.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Enjoys working outdoors and doing hands-on work
- Takes pride in doing a quality job
- Can work well as part of a team
- Is safety-conscious
- Has a White Card and Driver’s Licence
- Is genuinely interested in learning the pool industry
