High level of physical fitness and capability to perform heavy manual labour in outdoor weather conditions.

- Perform manual site preparation, revegetation, and landscape installation tasks across various job sites.
- Operate hoses and specialized equipment for blowing soils, mulches, softfall, and hydromulch.
- Safely transport equipment and materials to and from job sites driving MR/HR vehicles when required.
