Your Daily Responsibilities:
Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation, plating, and meal portioning.
Operating commercial dishwashers, pot washing, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.
Storing incoming food deliveries and maintaining clean, organised cold/dry storage areas.
Upholding strict food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
What You Need:
Clearance: Valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is mandatory.
Experience: Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or Catering Assistant in a commercial or institutional setting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of food hygiene practices and WHS standards.
Work Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
