We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Brisbane in a hybrid capacity. Serving as the vital link between Finance and IT, you will focus on the support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules.
1) What You Will Do:
Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, resolving system issues, data discrepancies, and interface failures.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
Identify and drive opportunities to automate manual financial processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational error.
Assist with system configuration, patch testing, third-party integrations, and lead UAT.
Develop comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and training sessions to maximise user adoption.
2) What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven experience in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role directly supporting Oracle E-Business Suite.
Deep understanding of core financial processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance module configuration.
Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL for data querying, troubleshooting, and analysis.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration between Oracle EBS and external systems.
