What You Will Do:

• Design and develop innovative blended learning solutions in collaboration with team members and clients.

• Review and create quality, compliant learning content and resources within a structured training framework.

• Apply instructional design principles to deliver educationally sound solutions for online, classroom, and workplace delivery.

• Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams while following established project management protocols.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients while engaging with industry and business stakeholders.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Proven ability to analyse and review content structures, applying strong instructional design principles across print and online formats.

• Demonstrated expertise in using educational technologies to design engaging, high-quality learning experiences.

• Strong project management capabilities, seeing tasks through to accurate and timely completion within agreed priorities.

• Ability to build and sustain positive relationships, working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary team environments.

• High level of flexibility, initiative, and responsiveness to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

• Education sector experience is preferred.
