You will take complete ownership of higher risk customers and complex distressed accounts, managing the process from initial identification right through to enforcement, asset recovery, realisation and closure. Stepping into a key position within Account Management, Recoveries and Workouts, you will critically assess account reviews, draft default notices, coordinate formal workouts and manage loss provisioning. Supported by an experienced Assurance Manager and working alongside dynamic teams across Credit, Risk, Compliance and Finance, you will have the autonomy and operational backing to deliver exceptional recovery outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
Driving comprehensive account management reviews, identifying high risk customers and developing tailored control and monitoring strategies
Managing pre workout cases, reviewing security positions, drafting demand notices and maintaining detailed chronological case records
Owning formal workouts end to end, including asset repossession, PPSR lodgement requests, caveat actions and debt enforcement
Partnering directly with external lawyers, receivers, administrators, liquidators, valuers and auctioneers to execute asset marketing plans
Completing accurate customer level loss provision assessments, calculations and reconciliations for the Executive Leadership Team
Preparing critical management reports detailing unearning assets, repossessed asset locations, recovery pipelines and emerging risks
About You
Proven background in insolvency, restructuring, commercial collections, asset finance or secured lending
Solid understanding of facility documentation, security frameworks, the PPSA and PPSR
Practical experience managing default notices, repossessions, asset realisations and loss provisioning
Strong commercial acumen paired with advanced financial analysis and Excel capabilities
Confident communicator able to negotiate effectively under pressure and coordinate diverse third party suppliers
Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, law or business are highly desirable
