Are you passionate about solving complex information management challenges and modernising systems? We are seeking an Information Management Specialist to join an Information Management Maturity Uplift Program. In this temporary, flexible full-time role, you will use your expertise to guide business areas through improved practices, establish contemporary standards, and support the transition to a modern information environment. This position is ideal for an individual contributor who thrives on collaboration and uplifting governance capabilities.
What You Will DoDesign, implement, and optimise document libraries, metadata structures, taxonomies, and collaboration workspaces.
Create and maintain workflows, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure document collaboration.
Develop governance frameworks covering naming conventions, lifecycle management, information sharing, and versioning.
Lead or support migration planning and execution from legacy repositories to modern Microsoft 365 platforms.
Conduct metadata mapping, quality assurance, and data validation to identify risks and provide remediation recommendations.
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) configuration and administration.
Proven experience working with legacy document management systems and cloud-based record management platforms.
Detailed knowledge of current and emerging Information Management trends, standards, practices, and content service platforms.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders to raise awareness and adoption of standards.
Strong analytical skills to define problems, complemented by a highly regarded degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
