About the Opportunity
Are you ready to bring your energy and a great attitude to a brand new workspace? We are seeking proud Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander peoples to join a super inclusive team with other First Nations team members at a state of the art, newly built warehouse and distribution centre on Kaurna Country in Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
Whether you are looking for the stability of full time hours, the balance of part time work, or the flexibility of casual shifts, we want to hear from you! We wrap our rosters around your life, ensuring you can balance work with your family and community commitments.
No experience? No worries. We don’t just offer a job - we offer paid training and a pathway to a long term career.
What’s on Offer?
- Paid Forklift Training: If you don't have your forklift ticket (LF/LO) - no problem. You will be fully funded and supported to get your qualification while you earn.
- Bonus Points: If you hold a current forklift ticket (LF/LO) - fantastic! Apply or call us asap.
- Real Flexibility: Choose the hours and shift types that suit your lifestyle, family or community responsibilities.
- Top Tier Facilities: Work in a clean, modern, safe and newly constructed mega distribution centre.
- A Culturally Safe & Supportive Team: Join an inclusive environment where you’re working alongside other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, where your background is respected, your voice is heard and your positive vibes are celebrated.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a flawless resume or decades of experience to succeed here. What matters most to us is who you are, your reliable nature and your willingness to learn.
- The Right Attitude: High enthusiasm, a positive outlook and a readiness to learn new skills.
- Team Player: A reliable person who shows up, works well with others and supports the team.
- Safety First: A commitment to keeping yourself and everyone else safe on the floor.
- The Essentials: You must be able to pass a standard National Police Check.
