What You Will Do:
Deliver and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services to ensure secure, appropriate system access.
Provide specialist expertise to maintain, enhance, and support IAM platforms and integrations across the ICT environment.
Support user lifecycle management, authentication, authorisation, and access controls across integrated systems.
Assist with onboarding applications and services into IAM and identity federation platforms (e.g., Ping, MIM/FIM).
Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents, support data reconciliation, and transition specialist knowledge to operational staff.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Demonstrated industry experience (typically 3–5+ years) working with IAM in a large, complex ICT environment.
Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms, specifically Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM/FIM), Active Directory, or equivalent solutions.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, identity lifecycle management, and security protocols.
Experience integrating applications with federation technologies (such as SSO, SAML, and OAuth) and specialised vendor products like Ping Identity suite.
Practical programming or scripting capability in languages such as .NET, C++, C#, Java, or equivalent.
