Are you an experienced ICT professional looking for an exciting new contract opportunity? We are seeking two dedicated ICT Assets Officers to manage and oversee technology assets throughout their full lifecycle. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventories, optimizing asset utilization, streamlining procurement, and supporting effective IT operations across multiple locations.
What You Will Do:
- Communicate and liaise with various sites to conduct stocktakes and maintain a centralised asset register.
- Identify, relocate, and process assets for re-issue, BIOS updates, e-waste, and secure disposal.
- Tag new assets, manage packaging disposal, and assist with purchase requirements for replacement equipment.
- Collaborate across ICT teams to establish lifecycle practices, update policies, and develop detailed procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on asset status, performance metrics, and compliance for key stakeholders.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven experience in ICT asset management, inventory control, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability in asset management best practices, including lifecycle management, procurement, and compliance.
- Knowledge and experience with IT hardware, software, and licensing concepts.
- Proficiency in using asset management software and tools.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
