The Opportunity We are seeking trade-qualified HVAC / Refrigeration Technicians to join a dedicated facilities engineering team supporting a world-class public hospital and healthcare precinct in Herston.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
Conducting scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance on hospital HVAC plants, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and cooling towers.
Managing critical environmental controls, including theatre positive pressure, negative pressure isolation rooms, and pharmacy cold rooms.
Diagnosing mechanical/refrigeration faults, carrying out system repairs, and replacing components.
Calibrating sensors, testing safety cut-outs, and collaborating with building management system (BMS) operators.
Upholding healthcare infection control protocols and rigorous WHS standards.
What You Need:
Trade Qualification: Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
Licences: Current Full ARC Licence & relevant QLD trade/restricted electrical licence.
Safety Ticket: Construction Industry White Card.
Driver's Licence: Current unrestricted C-Class Driver’s Licence.
Work Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
