The Opportunity 🌟
This unique opportunity is designed to set you up for success as a core member of the delivery team. You will begin with a structured 2-week initial training period as an Offsider to master the multi-drop process, delivery routes, and customer-facing standards. Upon successful completion of this induction, you will transition immediately into the HR Truck Driver role.
The Role 🚚
Based in Stapylton, you will be responsible for the multi-drop delivery of mixed alcohol products (cartons only, no kegs) to various outlets across the local region. This role involves:
... Operating an HR license truck for local distribution routes. 🚛
Performing multi-drop deliveries and providing excellent customer service at each stop. 📦
Significant manual handling, including the physical unloading of cartons, so physical fitness is essential. 💪
Demonstrating a high level of concentration and road safety awareness. 🛡️
Navigating delivery points that can sometimes be tricky and using initiative to assess safe spots for unloading.
Key Details
Location: Stapylton, QLD 📍
Shift Times: Early morning starts (starts around 5:00 AM most days). ⏰
Pay Rate: Starts at $37.75/hour for the first two weeks as an Offsider, increasing to $42.21/hour once signed off. 💵
Products: Mixed alcohol products (no kegs). 🍺
Work Type: Consistent and ongoing casual work with potential for long-term engagement. 🔄
What We're Looking For
Current and valid HR Truck Licence (mandatory). 🪪
Strong knowledge of the Brisbane metropolitan area. 🗺️
Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of multi-drop delivery work. 💪
Reliable with a strong work ethic and attendance record. ⭐
Candidates must be comfortable and ready to commit to the initial 2-week Offsider training period.
