Your New Role:
In your role as the HR Consultant, you will work within a small, close knit team, reporting to a warm and strategic Manager, with a focus on retail recruitment and proactive employee support. Your duties will include:
Your Main Duties:
- Handle full life cycle recruitment, including agency liaison, candidate administration, and preparation of employment contracts.
- Support on-boarding, induction, and training activities for new and existing employees.
- Involvement in employee initiatives, events and workshops.
- Maintain training HR reports, records and employee documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate probationary, performance, and salary review processes.
- Promote and embed the organisation's values across all HR practices.
To be successful in this position, you will be:
- You will consider yourself highly motivated, with the ability to work within a luxury business and have strong, professional communication.
- You will have approximately 1-2 years of prior HR generalist experience in a similar small to medium organisation, strong understanding of confidentiality and prior recruitment experience.
