The Role
As our HR Shared Services Specialist, you will focus on supporting managers and team members through sensitive workplace matters. You’ll bring clarity, empathy, and care to employee relations processes, ensuring fair outcomes and a supportive experience for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Drafting: Prepare and review key records of discussions, investigation scripts, meeting notification letters, and formal outcome letters.
Grievance Resolution: Warmly and thoughtfully respond to associate grievances, ensuring concerns are handled confidentially and with care.
Manager Guidance: Support managers in navigating lower-level ER conversations, including time and attendance, abandonments, and conduct or behavior concerns.
Fairness & Compliance: Ensure all ER processes align with workplace guidelines and support a respectful, balanced environment.
What We’re Looking For
Empathetic Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a talent for handling sensitive, confidential conversations with tact and care.
ER Knowledge: Experience drafting formal HR/ER correspondence and guiding basic disciplinary or workplace concern discussions.
Collaborative & Calm: A supportive team player who brings clarity, fairness, and attention to detail under pressure.
