We have multiple opportunities for experienced Maintenance/Handyman's to join a great team based in the Northern Suburbs area. Our client services Housing trust homes for the Northern suburbs (Gawler - Pooraka) and is looking for a reliable, safety minded individual to join their team.
About your new role
As a Maintenance/Handyperson you will be expected to work autonomously and drive to people's homes to perform maintenance fixes to various components of a house. You must have a strong safety focus, be able to think outside the box as you are dealing with retrofits (not new homes) and take pride in your work.

About You:
- Be physically Fit - Able to lift 25kg
- Reliable
- Current Drivers licence (P's minimum)
- A reliable Ute, Van or Wagon to transport materials.
- Your own basic tools
- A white card (or willingness to obtain one)
Experience in any of the following areas:
- Kitchen installations
- Flushing
- Gyprock
- Hanging doors
- Tiling (basic)
- 2nd fix carpentry and handyman skills
Must be willing to undertake:
- A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Police Clearance
This position offers you:
Tool and Fuel allowance on top of hourly rate
Hours: 8 - 4 Mon - Fri (Flexible working hours)
Pay rate negotiated depending on experience
