Seeking a Grants Specialist to support key bilateral development programs. This role manages the full grant lifecycle, procurement documentation, and contract administration while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and navigating complex challenges.

What you will need to exceed
- Hands-on experience writing Grant Opportunity Guidelines (GOGs) and associated compliance framework documentation in a government or international development setting.
- Proven ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with a diverse mix of internal teams, external partners, and high-level stakeholders.
- Strong operational knowledge of public sector governance frameworks specifically the Commonwealth Grant Rules and Principles (CGRPs) and Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs).
- Practical skill in navigating every phase of a grant from initial risk assessment and application evaluation through to fund disbursement, milestone tracking, and financial acquittal.
- Ability to review financial approvals, conduct risk assessments, and maintain strict audit-ready compliance across all activities.
- Capability to draft key procurement tools including Requests for Quote (RFQs), Requests for Tender (RFTs), evaluation reports, and formal contracts ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

- A degree in Public Administration, International Development, Public Policy, Law, or a closely related discipline.
