- Corporate & Network Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with corporate GP group head offices, medical directors, and practice networks to drive platform adoption.
- Clinic & GP Engagement: Conduct practice visits, virtual meetings, and clinical detailing sessions across independent practices to educate GPs, practice managers, and clinical teams on referral pathways.
- Marketing Strategy & Budget Ownership: Develop, manage, and execute the referrer marketing strategy and budget, constantly optimizing campaigns based on ROI and conversion data.
- Industry Events & Representation: Plan and represent the business at national medical conferences, clinical workshops, and industry expos to build brand awareness and capture referral leads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical leadership and marketing to produce compliant, high-value referrer content, thought leadership, and clinical communication tools.
- CRM & Data Insights: Maintain accurate pipelines, monitor conversion metrics, and report regularly to the CEO on performance, ROI, and referrer feedback loops.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5–10 years of business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial growth experience within the Australian healthcare or life sciences sector.
- General Practice Knowledge: Deep understanding of how Australian general practice operates both independent clinics and corporate GP groups including decision-making structures and GP engagement dynamics.
- Commercial Mindset: Proven track record of exceeding business development targets, managing marketing/BD budgets, and executing head-office level negotiations.
- Network Advantage: An established network across corporate GP groups, general practice networks, or mental health clinical communities is highly desirable.
- Communication & Credibility: Articulate, confident, and persuasive communicator capable of presenting effectively to doctors, medical directors, and C-suite executives.
- Licence & Travel Requirements: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence with flexibility for local field visits and occasional interstate travel.
What’s in It for You?
- Attractive Package: Highly competitive base salary + performance bonus scheme.
- Equity Opportunity: Opportunity to participate in an Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP).
- High Impact: Join a dynamic, innovative organisation that is shifting the healthcare landscape and directly improving mental health outcomes across metro and regional Australia.
