About the role
Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing, this newly created role will leapfrog the brand in the world of Digital and drive the consumer Path to Purchase to create Demand Generation with new and existing end users across relevant digital platforms.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of the organisation's Global Digital Marketing strategy (360 approach).
- Collaborating cross functionally to deliver a consistent online CX and identify new opportunities to increase conversion and cultivate improved relationships with audiences.
- Identifying and developing opportunities to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers and increase sales.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create, update, and maintain

Managing day-to-day operations of paid media (PPC) and email (eCRM) platforms. Interpreting, understanding and acting on performance metrics to optimise further executions.Developing and executing the Social Media strategy.Providing direction on the creation of engaging content for our brands and content framework development.Developing and monitoring campaign budgets within overall Digital Marketing budget.Implementing communication avenues and ways of connecting with target audiences that are meaningful and purpose-driven throughout the customer journey.Ensuring all digital marketing activity is tracked and measured wherever possible.About you
- Relevant qualifications in Digital Marketing or similar.
- 3+ years Digital Marketing expertise across paid channels (social, search, display) that drive customer acquisition, engagement and sales seamlessly.
- Experience in acquisition strategies and in executing email campaigns such as welcome series, triggers, newsletter, promotional and post-purchase streams.
- Experience with direct execution and coordination of Media Buying across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Experience and knowledge using Google Analytics to develop reports and insights.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS desirable.
- Leadership experience preferred.
