About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated Forklift Operator & Pick Packer to join our team in a clean, modern warehouse based in Dudley Park.
This role offers a dynamic mix of warehouse duties. Approximately 20% of your day will be operating the forklift, while the remaining 80% will involve order picking, packing, wrapping pallets, and general warehouse upkeep.
Already hold your LF licence but want to upskill? We are willing to train ticketed Counterbalance Forklift Operators in Reach Truck operations on-site!
Key Responsibilities
Operating Forklifts (~20%): Loading, unloading, and moving pallets safely around the warehouse.
Order Fulfilment (~80%): Accurate picking and packing of orders against pick slips or RF scanners.
Pallet Preparation: Palletising, stacking, and shrink-wrapping outgoing freight ready for dispatch.
Manual Handling: Lifting items comfortably and safely up to 20kg.
Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

Skills & Qualifications
Current Australian Forklift Licence (LF)
Proven experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or logistics environment.
Physical fitness and capability to adhere to safe manual handling procedures (lifting up to 20kg).
High attention to detail and strong focus on order accuracy.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to workplace health and safety (WHS).
