About the Role

Join a high-performing warehouse team in Western Sydney. You will operate forklifts safely, stage inventory, and execute daily store orders to maintain seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Highreach and Counterbalance forklifts to move stock safely across the facility.

• Load and unload transport trucks efficiently while verifying shipment accuracy.

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet daily dispatch deadlines.

• Perform general warehouse maintenance, stock organizing, and manual handling tasks.

• Maintain strict adherence to site Work Health and Safety (WHS) protocols.

Key Requirements

• Mandatory: Valid Australian Forklift License (LF) or Order Picker License (LO).

• Experience: 3–6 months operating Counterbalance or Highreach forklifts.

• Truck Operations: Demonstrated experience with truck loading and unloading procedures.

• Physical Fitness: Able to perform manual lifting tasks comfortably (15kg–30kg).
