- Work autonomously and as team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria.
- Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within OHS quality and performance standards
- Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards
- Work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Mechanically minded
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks, and able to stand for long periods
