We are scaling a major Financial Crime Transformation initiative in Melbourne. We are looking for experienced specialists across operations, analytics, reporting, and leadership to join a high-performing project team dedicated to strengthening Australia’s financial integrity.
Featured Project Roles
Operations Managers & Team Managers
Focus: Drive operational delivery, manage workflow queues, and coach high-performing AML/CTF analysis teams.
Experience: Proven leadership in large-scale financial crime operations, SLA delivery, and stakeholder management.
Senior Risk Analysts & Risk Analysts
Focus: Perform end-to-end risk assessments, evaluate control frameworks, and handle complex regulatory escalations.
Experience: Expertise in financial crime policy, risk advisory, or banking compliance.
Investigators
Focus: Conduct end-to-end investigations into complex transaction monitoring alerts, fraud trends, and suspicious activity.
Experience: Strong background in AML case management, law enforcement, or financial intelligence analysis.
Reporting Specialists
Focus: Manage regulatory disclosures (AUSTRAC / SMRs / TTRs), build executive MI dashboards, and track operational metrics.
Experience: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and AUSTRAC regulatory reporting requirements.
Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts
Focus: Audit completed case files, evaluate process accuracy, and deliver targeted feedback to maintain high compliance standards.
Experience: Prior experience in QA framework delivery within financial crime operations.
