Randstad is recruiting for an experienced finance administrator to join a large civil infrastructure company based in Arundel. You will be joining a team who are responsible for delivering on high profile projects and contracts.
Key duties:
- Administration support to the team
- Developing agendas, managing office supplies, minute taking and distribution, booking maintenance
- Claim preparation ( collation of data and refresh)
- Report preparation
- Finance administration (AP/AR) where required
- Back up for payroll (training on payroll can be provided)
Skills/experience required
- Excellent finance administrative experience
- Experience with Excel is a must.
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to cope with time related pressures
- Comfortable with working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to quickly pick up systems and concepts, with a desire to learn.
This is an initial 3 month assignment with the possibility of permanent employment and extension. Working 8am-4pm in Arundel.
