Your Impact

• Reporting & Analysis: Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, KPIs, and trend insights for operational leadership.
• Planning & Reforecasting: Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across assigned operational portfolios.
• Financial Modelling & Insights: Build scenario models and cost-benefit analyses to support operational decision-making.
• Business Cases: Prepare financial components for business cases, program expansions, and funding tenders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with operational leaders to explain financial performance and translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure alignment with internal financial policies, funding agreements, and audit requirements.

About You

• Experience: Background in management accounting, FP&A, or financial performance management. Experience in government-funded environments is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems and Excel. Practical skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Compliance: Ability to complete required probity checks and health requirements.
