Your New Role
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will lead a team of two Receptionists and will play a key role in creating a seamless workplace experience across two buildings located next to each other.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating workplace services, maintenance and contractor management
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers
- Managing workplace requests and resolving day-to-day operational issues
- Supporting health, safety and compliance initiatives
- Monitoring budgets, reporting and administration
- Ensuring the smooth running of reception

About You
- Experience in Facilities, Workplace, Property, Office Management or a similar coordination role
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
