Key Responsibilities:

• Site & Team Support: Coordinate daily tasks for an on-site team of multi-skilled operatives to maintain top-tier premises presentation.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise external service providers, ensuring safety protocols, performance standards, and SLAs are met.
• Financial Admin: Process Purchase Orders (POs), manage monthly accrual reporting, and update internal finance trackers.
• Building Audits & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections, enforce property risk management programs, and handle ad-hoc site priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between Senior FM leadership, client representatives, landlords, and managing agents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven background in Facilities Coordination, Property Operations, or Contractor Management.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial management systems.
• Tertiary qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
