Executive Assistant (APS Level 4) – Temporary / Casual

• Pay Rate: $52.32 – $56.84 per hour + super
• Location: Mildura, Victoria (Latji Latji Country) - Immediate filling.
• Position Type: Labour Hire Contract (Temporary / Full-Time Hours)
• Duration: 18 months assignment
• Eligibility: Australian Citizenship is a Mandatory requirement to be considered for this role.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (APS4) to join our client’s team in Mildura. In this temporary role, you will provide critical support to up to two Senior Executive Service (SES) Band 1 General Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and managing sensitive information with care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level executive support and office management for the General Managers’ Office (and occasionally the Executive Director’s Office).
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, calls, and email inquiries.
• Proactively manage executive calendars, meetings, and competing priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, collate briefing materials, and track action items and commitments.
• Book and coordinate complex travel arrangements, ensuring policy compliance and handling travel acquittals.
• Process corporate credit card acquittals, reimbursements, and invoices accurately.
• Monitor and prioritise incoming requests, branch workflow, and paper clearances for executive forums.
